1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jaet9 ("jaet9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jaet9.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the jaet9 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

jaet9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jaet9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the jaet9 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version of the Terms published on this page at any given time is the version that governs your use of the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside jaet9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms apply to that specific promotion only; these Terms govern all other matters.

2 Account Registration

To access jaet9's real-money casino games, sports betting markets, and payment services, you must first register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible adults. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jaet9 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a jaet9 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid, active email address to which you have sole access
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 years of age or older)
• A valid mobile number registered in your name
• Your country of residence (Bangladesh)

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure. jaet9 is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to provide accurate registration details.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jaet9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations as a responsible gaming operator. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or when jaet9 determines that verification is necessary for security or compliance purposes. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required.

Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal requests held pending the completion of KYC. jaet9 aims to process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of all required documentation. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request may result in account restriction.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jaet9 login credentials, including your username and password. jaet9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jaet9 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, and account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Restriction

All new registrations are subject to age verification. jaet9 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Where jaet9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned in accordance with the circumstances of the case.

jaet9 also employs automated systems to detect potential underage access patterns and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigation related to underage gambling. All adults who use the jaet9 platform are requested to assist in preventing underage access by keeping their login credentials strictly private, logging out when their device is not in active use, and never sharing account access with persons under 18 years of age.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jaet9 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods specifically chosen to provide fast, convenient, and familiar banking options for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the jaet9 platform are subject to the terms set out in this section.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the jaet9 platform:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, processed instantly
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank — minimum deposit ৳500, processing time 1–3 hours
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500, processing time may vary

jaet9 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits made via local mobile wallets. Standard transaction fees charged by your individual wallet or bank provider may apply and are outside jaet9's control. Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the original deposit method used. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all methods. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Most mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) arrive in the player's wallet within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

jaet9 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000. Players are required to withdraw winnings to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. jaet9 may reject withdrawal requests where KYC is incomplete, where the account is under investigation, or where the player has an outstanding bonus with active wagering requirements.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jaet9 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where international card payments are made in a different currency, the conversion will be handled by the player's card provider at the applicable exchange rate. jaet9 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonus Terms

jaet9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between general bonus conditions and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms prevail for that promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a player's bonus balance separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds become active once real-money balance is zero.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for jaet9 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a different requirement is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports betting markets at odds of 1.5 or above contribute 100%. Specific game exclusions may apply.
• jaet9 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirements, matched betting through jaet9, and coordinated bonus manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New jaet9 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the standard 30x wagering requirement unless otherwise specified at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available to players who make their first deposit within 30 days of completing account registration. The minimum qualifying deposit amount for the welcome bonus will be specified in the promotional details. Players who opt out of the welcome bonus at registration are not eligible to claim it retroactively.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

jaet9 runs ongoing promotions including reload bonuses, free spin offers, cricket betting cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion carries its own specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Promotions are time-limited and subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice unless the promotion is already in progress for a registered player.

6 User Obligations

By registering and using the jaet9 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds in accordance with jaet9's account closure policy.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to participate in online gaming activities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and throughout your account's lifetime.
• You must not use the jaet9 platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal purpose.
• You must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or exploit any game, system, software, or other component of the jaet9 platform.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or other automated means to access or interact with the jaet9 platform.
• You must not engage in collusion with other players in any game mode where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• You must not attempt to access the jaet9 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• You must not conduct, facilitate, or participate in any form of payment fraud, including chargebacks, reversal fraud, or third-party payment abuse.
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make on the jaet9 platform, including all wagering decisions.
• You agree to use jaet9's responsible gaming tools if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, and to contact jaet9 support at [email protected] for assistance.

7 Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jaet9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Closure by jaet9

jaet9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner contrary to the fair operation of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious Terms violations, jaet9 may close the account without prior notice and without refunding any funds held in the account, subject to any legal obligations that apply.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion through the Account Settings menu or by contacting jaet9 support. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, as well as longer-term self-exclusion of 6 months or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended for gaming and new deposits, though existing balances remain accessible for withdrawal. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jaet9 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the jaet9 platform or any of its services. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — even if jaet9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jaet9 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that all games and markets will be available at all times, or that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. jaet9 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, game errors, or technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

jaet9 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet service provider, or device failure that prevents a player from accessing the platform or completing a transaction. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable and secure internet connection when using the jaet9 platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. jaet9's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of jaet9's right to enforce it on a future occasion.
